WE'RE HIRING! Talent Attraction & Growth Specialist who'll help fast-growing SaaS & tech companies attract the right people to scale

Listen now on

Location: Remote / Hybrid in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area

A SaaS founder tells our talent acquisition team: "We need to hire 10 engineers to hit our Series A targets, but we're getting 3 applications per role, and they're not even the right people." Your job: figure out the real story that will make the right engineers stop scrolling and want to have an intro call with our recruiter. Recruitment problem-solving meets creative & hands-on execution.

Key points about the role at a glance

Salary: 3500-3800/month (at the start) + uncapped sales bonuses

Our mission: Help fast-growing SaaS companies solve their biggest growth bottleneck – attracting and hiring the right people to scale their business

✅ What you’ll be doing: A hands-on, client-facing EB role where you turn strategy into action through content planning, execution, talent marketing tactics, and leading weekly or monthly client work with high ownership.

Location: Mostly remote with regular client visits and team gatherings mostly in Helsinki (we're based in Finland, clients across Europe) – we don’t have our own office, but gather at co-working spaces & visit clients’ offices.

Growth opportunity: Build deep expertise in SaaS & tech business and talent acquisition, work directly with ambitious tech founders and leadership teams, and shape how an entire industry approaches talent attraction

The team: You'll work closely with our core team; Nea (Employer Branding Lead, Siiri (co-founder & CEO), Linda (Senior Recruiter) and Saara (co-founder & Talent Acquisition Strategist, plus our creative freelancers. Join our tight-knit team that runs on true ✨honeypot energy✨ with a 4-day work-week – empathetic, ambitious, and genuinely invested in each other's growth

Why this might NOT be for you: If you prefer a steady routine with purely executional tasks, this role may feel too dynamic. And working in a small, fast-moving team isn’t for everyone.

Why this role exists (and why it matters)

TalentBee is in a growth motion. We've clarified our focus (fast-growing SaaS & tech companies in Europe), we're profitable (approx. 400K revenue & 20% margin in 2025), and we're expanding our capacity to serve more clients while testing some new international markets.

Our clients – companies like Cadmatic, Sitedrive, Gapps, Rakettitiede, Refined, Fiksuruoka and Valo Motion – are ambitious tech companies facing the same critical challenge: they need to grow, and they're competing for the same top talent as everyone else. They need to stand out with their unique strengths, capture attention, and convert the right people to choose them.

The client business problem we’re solving could look like this:

  • "We need to hire 10 engineers to hit our growth targets, but top talent in our target audience doesn’t know who we are"
  • "We're going through a strategic shift AND need to scale the team – how do we align our talent communication with this change?"
  • "We don't have a huge budget and can't focus on everything – what should we prioritize to get fast results, and reach the next growth phase?"

These companies don’t come to TalentBee for “just LinkedIn posts” or generic sourcing, but they look for strategic talent partners who understand their business goals and know how to attract the right people in competitive markets.

This role matters because:

We're investing in our talent attraction capacity to serve our growing client base and meet increasing demand. You'll be joining at a moment where we have established clients who need recruitment & EB support – and new opportunities coming in as we expand.

The work you do shows up directly in our clients’ ability to hire top talent: your creative ideas, messaging and hands-on talent attraction work help them reach the right people and get noticed by the talent they need to grow.

What you'll actually be doing

Let's be clear about what this job looks like day-to-day.

Your main focus:

Managing 3-4 ongoing client relationships where you're their go-to person for everything related to attracting talent by means of digital talent marketing, communications and branding. In addition to that, you take part in 1–2 recruitment projects at a time. In these recruitment projects you work as part of the team in a recruitment marketing and communications role, typically partnering closely with Linda or Saara from the recruitment side.

All this means:

  • Together with your team, understanding each client's business strategy and translating it into ideal candidate profiles and talent attraction strategies that work
  • Leading content planning and execution: social media, career pages, recruitment campaigns
  • Being the main point of contact for your clients' internal stakeholders (HR, Marketing, Leadership)
  • Running regular client meetings (monthly or weekly depending on the client) – and leading these independently or with your team
  • Finding the right tools from your talent marketing toolkit to approach each client's unique business and talent challenges
  • Working on recruitment projects with our recruitment team, bringing talent marketing insights to help attract the best candidates
  • Tracking what works, what doesn't, and continuously improving your approach
  • Supporting TalentBee's own new business acquisition, talent attraction and marketing efforts
  • Documenting everything in a relevant way so we can scale smartly

Here's what we mean by "strategic problem-solving" in talent attraction:

A client comes to you: "We're launching a new product and need to hire specialists we've never hired before. Our industry is niche and the talent pool is small."

Your job is to figure out: What's the actual story here that will resonate with the right people? Where are these specialists hanging out? What do they truly care about in their next career move? How do we position this opportunity so it stands out?

Then you execute on it. Create the content. Coordinate the campaigns. Work with the recruitment team to make sure the messaging works throughout the entire candidate journey.

And in our long-term EB client partnerships, the work looks a bit different:

You build long-term employer branding communication on digital channels that grows visibility, trust, and talent attraction over months, not days. You use storytelling intentionally and pull real stories from the client’s everyday life: the product decisions, the team culture moments, the way people work, the problems they solve, the impact they make. Everything you create is tied back to the client’s business goals and their strategic talent needs.

This is slower, deeper work that shapes how the company shows up in the talent market, and you’re the one making that narrative visible.

Here’s a story about how we help our customer Cadmatic to fuel global growth>>

What "success" could look like week-to-week:

Monday: Hive's weekly team meeting, client check-ins, working on projects, strategic planning

Tuesday-Wednesday: Mix of employer branding work (creating content, interview & information collection sessions, stakeholder meetings), occasional client visits, occasional networking events

Thursday: Recruitment marketing support for projects, participating in sales & marketing activities, participating a little bit in our UK market testing project in H1 / 2026

Friday: Usually, we have Fridays off. But sometimes we might feel the need to wrap up the week, and prep for the next a bit. (Yes, we’ve had the 4-day work week since the beginning of 2023.)

The days and weeks vary. Some weeks, you're deep in content planning and creation. Other weeks, you're in back-to-back strategic sessions with clients. We expect you to build & lead your own schedule based on your own preferences and strengths. We are experts at this stuff, and will help you out!

What we're looking for (the real requirements)

Let's talk about what you actually need to succeed here.

Must-haves:

  1. Native-level Finnish + excellent English – Some of our clients communicate and do their EB in Finnish, the Finnish market is still a big part of our business, and our team is still small enough that everyone needs to work on any project. (Non-negotiable right now, unfortunately.)
  2. Strong project management and client communication skills – You'll communicate with multiple clients and stakeholders.
  3. Ability to produce and edit content independently – LinkedIn posts, career page copy, talent attraction messaging. You enjoy turning mundane moments into compelling stories.
  4. Comfortable leading meetings and giving recommendations – We guide our clients, not just take orders. You are confident saying "here's what I think we should do and why."
  5. Proactive and structured working style – In our mostly-remote environment, asking what you don’t know & strong self-leadership are essential.
  6. Empathy and customer-oriented mindset – You genuinely care about making clients feel supported and delivering good work. You notice the "nice touches" that make the difference.

Experience we're looking for:

  • Background in marketing, communications, employer branding or talent attraction (agency side is ideal, but strong in-house experience works too)
  • Experience working with multiple clients or stakeholders at once
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule independently
  • Understanding of recruitment marketing and basic metrics (engagement rates, application quality, conversion)

Nice-to-haves:

  • Prior agency or consultancy experience
  • Familiarity with content analytics, scheduling tools, paid campaigns, ATS tools and content collaboration tools. Our most typical tools and channels are Linkedin, TeamTailor, Google Workspace, Buffer, ChatGPT, Claude, Trello, Asana, Hubspot, Instagram, TikTok, Slack, Teams, Canva and Figma.
  • Knowledge of creative production workflows (photo/video)

What we value in our team (and what tends to make people thrive here):

Instead of scanning for perfect CVs, we pay attention to the qualities that already help our EB team do great work, and that we believe will make your everyday life easier and more meaningful here:

  • A genuine care-for-people mindset: Our backgrounds vary wildly (on top of EB & recruitment experience; HR assistant, telesales, retail sales, youth work…!) but the common thread is this: we take care of people & projects with heart.
  • Good judgment for what matters most: When everything feels urgent, we can still see where the real value is and focus our energy there.
  • A creative eye: We notice interesting angles in everyday moments and naturally turn them into insights that attract the right talent.
  • Curiosity for how businesses grow: We don’t do EB for the sake of EB. We help companies reach business goals. We enjoy understanding how talent, culture, and growth connect.
  • Emotional intelligence & openness: We’re interested in people, culture, teamwork, and modern leadership. We want to grow in self-awareness and interpersonal skills, and see that as part of becoming a stronger expert.

What success looks like in your first 12 months at TalentBee

First 3 months: onboarding & integration

You're joining the team, taking on some client work step by step, networking proactively with our clients' teams. You'll visit clients and work closely with our own team to learn how we approach talent attraction challenges.

What success looks like:

  • You're showing strong proactive motivation and a genuine interest in our business
  • You're demonstrating strong self-leadership in our remote environment (you take initiative, you ask questions, you stay connected to the team)
  • We see the spark in your eyes – curiosity growing toward the SaaS talent world and the problems we solve
  • You're already seeing this as a huge growth opportunity for yourself
  • As you’ll join a team where everyone is known for being active on LinkedIn – you’ve started building your own expert brand as “the new bee in town” in the SaaS talent space

Months 4-6: taking ownership

Clients are happy. They trust you to lead the work. You have client cases of your own, delivering value consistently. The recruitment team is happy working with you and getting relevant insights.

What success looks like:

  • You're building your own networks in the talent acquisition community (we organize lots of events and you're an eager part of this)
  • You're contributing to our mission of changing how fast-growing companies approach talent acquisition – with your own voice
  • You're managing the difficult moments that come with growth (because they will come) by choosing to keep growing instead of stopping when it's hard, and of course sharing your feels with our team and seeking support with an open heart
  • You're managing projects and getting things done like one of the bees – and enjoying the ride with true honeypot energy.

Month 12 and beyond:

You’re a trusted consultant, and clients genuinely want to continue working with you because they feel supported and see results. You're independent in delivering high-quality work. You're contributing to TalentBee's internal culture and helping us develop better ways of working. You might even be helping onboard the next person we hire. We’re paying you a great salary for delivering high value (we’re happy to pay great salaries for value, not seniority).

About TalentBee (in case you're not familiar)

We're a new generation Talent Acquisition agency based in Finland, helping fast-growing SaaS and tech companies attract and hire top talent across Europe.

What we believe:

Traditional recruitment is broken. It's ad-hoc, reactive, and treats hiring as an afterthought & short-term project instead of a strategic advantage. We pioneered a completely new approach called the Talent Flywheel – combining strategic talent pipeline development, creative brand building, and embedded recruitment. We offer this to our clients with a model called Talent Acquisition as a Service, which is a monthly ongoing service model (instead of a short-term headhunting project).

Where we are right now:

  • 3,5 years in business, profitable with 400K+ revenue & a 20% margin in 2025
  • Team: Small but mighty, 4 (and soon 5) ladies (Saara, Siiri, Linda, Nea + you)
  • Focus: Fast-growing SaaS & tech companies in Europe
  • Clients: Cadmatic, Rakettitiede, Fiksuruoka, Valo Motion, Sitedrive, Gapps and more
  • Growth: Testing international markets (currently exploring UK), working on projects across Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, DACH, US, Italy

Our culture:

We call it "honeypot energy" 🐝🍯🌸 – it's this mix of being empathetic, ambitious, funny, and genuinely invested in each other's wellbeing and success.

We want to reshape leadership and work life on a bigger scale. For us, this is what next-gen work life looks like: we don’t stay stuck in “how things used to be done.” Instead, we constantly evaluate together – does our way of working still serve us? Is the market shifting? Do we need to rethink how we operate? And we do all this while understanding that people are whole human beings, not work machines.

It doesn’t mean everything is always fun and effortless. Work gives and it takes. But the goal is to build a work life that empowers rather than restricts.

We believe the old hierarchical leadership style has no place in modern expert organizations. What belongs here instead is co-leadership built on wisdom, honesty, relational intelligence, empowerment, and strong business thinking – a way of working that is human, profitable, and genuinely forward-looking.

We're building something that matters profitably (instead of aiming for sky-rocketing growth): changing how an entire industry approaches talent acquisition. And we want people on the team who are excited by that mission.

One more thing

We know this job ad is loooong. We know we've been unusually transparent about the challenges and expectations.

Here's why: We're a recruitment company. We know what happens when companies oversell roles or hide the reality of the work. People join, realize it's not what they expected, and leave. Nobody wins.

So we're putting it all out there. Our work is demanding. It requires wit, resilience, and a growth mindset. But we know that for the right person, someone who's energized by challenges, curious about business, and ready to build expertise in the SaaS talent space (like we are), this is a great opportunity. 💛

You'll work with ambitious tech companies solving real problems, build your own expert brand, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about doing good work and supporting each other through the journey.

If that sounds like what you're looking for, we'd love to hear from you. 🐝
