The company serves over 2000 customers in more than 80 countries, ranging from mid-sized businesses to large multinational corporations. Business case for recruiting a BDR

Nomentia is a leader in financial and treasury management software in Europe,  and their goal is further growth and expansion. To achieve this, the company needs to continuously strengthen its efforts and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads, especially in the Nordic market.

The sales team is occupied with closing deals and using external lead generation agencies, but results have been inconsistent. This made it clear that Nomentia needed to hire an in-house BDR to focus on outbound lead generation in the Nordic market, rather than relying on external agencies.
