Do I have to commit to yearly contract?
No. All of your contracts are ongoing contracts with 3-months notice period.
When I can expect results from Employer Branding?
You will see first results within 2-3 months. Typically at this stage you start to collect more followers to your social & engagement rate gets hire.
Around 3-6 month in the road you will notice that your outreach reply-rates gets higher and people recognise your brand.
Within 12 months you can expect inbound applications & better candidate quality and increase in your retention.
Results are of course based on your current situation & the chosen package.
How much my time this will take?
During the strategy phase we need to talk with few people from your organization & organise a workshop. We also need some materials from you and comments to the things we produce in the strategy. You can estimate these hours to be around 10-20hours.
When moving to the ongoing model we will typically interview few of your employees each month for around 45minutes to get info for the content production. Additional to this we have a monthly meeting of 90 minutes.
