What you'll do as a part of our team:

With us, you will be a Full Time Bee. 🐝 This means, that working at TalentBee will be 100 % about working in a startup.

Caution: this is not the greatest job for everyone! So, be prepared for a lil' chaos!

But here's what your role as Employer Branding Strategist will look like:


⚙️ CREATE EB STRATEGIES FOR OUR CUSTOMERS: With the help of our recruitment experts you will create EB strategies for our customers. You will learn more about how EB can support our recruitment work in action. We assume this will take around 20 % of your time.

📈 DELIVER RESULTS FOR CUSTOMERS WITH YOUR TEAM: Simply put – you will implement the EB strategies for our customers, take ownership of the hands-on employer brand growth marketing work, and guide your team towards mutual success. We estimate that you would use around 50 % of your time on this.

⚙️ WORK ON OUR OWN PROCESSES: To speak the truth things are still all over the place for us. This means you will have the chance to work on a lot of things around the whole TalentBee business and get a lot of responsibilities along the way. Developing scalable processes is crucial for our growth. Also our own EB marketing will need your magic touch! We estimate you would use around 30 % of your time on our internal stuff.

💰 SUPPORT OUR SALES: You will also work closely in collaboration with our sales. Customers buy our expertise and awesome personalities to work with so we want you to be part of the whole process from the beginning. This will also support your growth to become someone who can sell their own expertise and convert it into income really well – not a bad skill to have, right?

Skills and experience you'll need to be successful:

When we make a decision to hire someone for the role of Employer Branding Strategist, we look for these qualities:

✅ Wider, creative perspective to talent acquisition and business (it can come from previous experience in EB, marcoms or recruitment)

✅ Convincing manner in written & spoken communication

✅ Insights in creating a strategy (either in EB, marcoms or recruitment)

✅ Data and fact-driven approach & interest to decision making and

✅ Presentation Skills
